PRIVACY POLICY FOR KLURO

This Privacy Policy describes how Kluro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Kluro itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any form of registration.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Your puzzle progress and completion history
- Your premium purchase status
- Your onboarding completion state
This data is stored using Apple's UserDefaults and never leaves your device.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Kluro uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
a) Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements between puzzles
AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Approximate location based on IP address
- Device information
- Ad interaction data

b) Apple StoreKit — for handling in-app purchases
StoreKit processes purchase information through your Apple ID.

3. APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY
When you first open Kluro, you will be asked whether to allow tracking across apps and websites. This permission affects whether AdMob can use your advertising identifier to show personalized ads. The App functions fully regardless of your choice.
4. PREMIUM PURCHASES
If you purchase Kluro Premium, the transaction is handled by Apple. We receive a verification token from Apple confirming the purchase but do not receive your payment details, name, email, or any personal information from Apple.
Premium status is stored locally on your device and is restorable through the "Restore Purchase" function using your Apple ID.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Kluro is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not contain user-to-user communication, chat features, or any way to share personal information.
6. DATA RETENTION
All data stored by the App is retained on your device until you delete the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You can:
- Reset all puzzle progress by deleting and reinstalling the App
- Decline ad tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt or iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking
- Restore your premium purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchase" function in the App
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
